A confirmation email will be sent out to purchaser AFTER payment is received. Order is considered pending until payment is made. We have the right to cancel all orders that are not paid for within 3 working days.

All items will be shipped out within 1-2 business days after the order has been confirmed unless the item has a future availability date or the item is a custom order.

All items are returnable within 21 days from the date the order was shipped out. Buyer is responsible for notifying FrayBabyBibsandMore of intent to return and is responsible for return shipping costs. Buyer will be refunded the same way payment was received (PayPal). 

FrayBabyBibsandMore.com is not set up to receive international payments at this time. If you would like to place an international order, use the Contact Us form and a listing will be set up for you in our Etsy shop.
